You will have use of the barn, restrooms, dressing rooms, farm tables, chairs, benches, arch, vintage tub, vintage couch, sweetheart table, refrigerator, kitchen sink, 16x16 wooden dance floor, 6 wooden high top tables for cocktail hour, 4 six foot wooden food tables, fire pit, yard Jenga and corn hole.

Ceremony and reception site, seat up to 146 guest.

You may come as early as 8:00 am to set up for the day, music ends at 10:00 pm and you will have until 11:00 pm to finish cleaning up.

Clean up is not included in this package

All parties will be responsible to carry special event liability insurance for the day of your event.

 

One wedding will be hosted per weekend.  You will have the day prior to your wedding to come and set up and have a rehearsal.

For the Bride

      Beautiful cream linen tufted couch, white chandelier, a large window for beautiful natural lighting and a long 12 foot wooden vanity with multiple mirrors and outlets for the Bride and her ladies to get ready.

 

For the Groom

A nice designated area for the groom to get ready with a mirror and a refrigerator for drinks.

 

Restrooms

       Adorable vanities custom made with farmhouse sinks and paired with handmade wooden tables from Mexico.  Gorgeous white ship lap walls. 

 

Yard Games

Jenga and corn hole are included if you would like to use them to entertain your guest.

You many also bring your own.

 

Barn hours

You will have access to the barn as early as 8:00 am the morning of your wedding and all music will end at 10:00 pm, you will have until 11:00 to depart.

Don't worry about the clean up, we have you covered.

You will be responsible for cleaning up what you would like to go home with you.
